Cancellation Policy
A $500 deposit is required at time of registration. Deposits are refundable until 150 days before departure. Less than 150 days before departure, deposits are 100% non-refundable.
- March 26 – May 26, 2027: Cancellations result in a loss of 50% of the total trip price.
- May 27, 2027 – departure: Cancellations result in total loss of funds.
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the minimum. In that event, your deposit is refunded in full.
